ZDR^™ — the Zero Day Report — is the Kingpin X business that owns reporting. It's what Kingpin Mesh and Kingpin ER produce together, not a separate admin step bolted on afterwards. Because Mesh and ER write to the same job record, the ZDR assembles itself — photos, timeline, costings and audit trail, emailed to the insurer the same day the plumber attends.

Point of difference ZDR stands on its own. It's built as its own reporting product — not just the network's paperwork — so a make-safe operation can run ZDR reporting without the rest of the network. The report is the deliverable, and it's sellable in its own right.
